ARC-HBR 2019 — bleeding risk at PCI
Major and minor consensus criteria, rated separately
ARC-HBR 2019 — bleeding risk at PCI
Principle
Rate the sixteen groups using the record and clinical definitions. All must be resolved before classification.
Scope
Original ARC-HBR consensus for percutaneous coronary intervention in adults. Every criterion refers to this PCI, using the window specified for each group. For another PCI or assessment, use New PCI / Re-rate to clear every group. No transfer from the Case or automatic date calculation.
Interpretation limits
Renal, anaemia, bleeding and ischaemic stroke categories are mutually exclusive within their group. Any unresolved input prevents classification in this interface. No treatment choice, duration of dual antiplatelet therapy or PCI indication is provided. Verify the criteria and date the assessment in the clinical record. Consensus classification for PCI; no individual probability or automatic antithrombotic decision.
Formula and logic
Criteria met if major ≥1 OR minor ≥2. Separate counts; no weighted sum.
Interpretation
- ARC-HBR 2019 criteria not met
- Fewer than one major and fewer than two minor criteria. This does not mean absence of bleeding risk.
- ARC-HBR 2019 criteria met
- At least one major or at least two minor criteria. Consensus classification; no individual probability calculated.
