Scope
Adult in critical care. Manual rating only: consult the authorised institutional protocol; proprietary descriptive grid not reproduced. No delirium diagnosis, Glasgow conversion or automatic sedative adjustment.
Interpretation limits
The two directions describe different states. No universal risk threshold or treatment target is applied.
